Chawna leads case management and policy service at Disability Insurance Agency, supporting clients through every stage of the case lifecycle. She operates on the front lines of the client experience, managing cases, coordinating moving pieces, and handling the day-to-day work that keeps everything running smoothly. Known for strong attention to detail, organization, and an ability to connect with people, she ensures nothing slips through the cracks while keeping the experience approachable and straightforward.
Chawna is dependable, responsive, and easy to work with, bringing a practical, solutions-focused approach to a complex industry. She holds a Bachelor of Science from Biola University.
Outside of work, she enjoys connecting with people wherever she goes. You can often find her striking up conversations in airports, curious about where others are headed next. She loves traveling, trying new restaurants, and coordinating events, and is in the kitchen every day cooking and baking. She also makes working out part of her daily routine and is a big sports fan who enjoys going to games. Go Padres!
