About Jack

Jack works with attorneys, executives, financial professionals, and medical specialists to evaluate and secure disability insurance coverage. He takes a methodical approach to carrier analysis, comparing contract language, rider structures, and occupation class definitions to identify the best fit for each client's profession and financial situation.

With a background in mathematics and economics from UC San Diego, as well as experience in financial services, Jack approaches each case as an analytical problem, focusing on how policy structure and design impact long-term outcomes. He is particularly interested in the differences between policies that aren't immediately obvious, but can have a meaningful impact when a policy is actually needed.

Jack's role spans the full lifecycle of a policy, from initial needs analysis and quote comparison through application support and ongoing policy reviews. He focuses on helping clients understand complex tradeoffs clearly, so decisions can be made with confidence and a long-term perspective.

Outside of work, Jack spends much of his time following financial markets, with a particular interest in macroeconomics and long-term trends. He regularly reads and listens to podcasts on finance and economics. Living in Southern California, he enjoys surfing, hiking, and spending time at the beach, and stays active playing basketball. He also enjoys cooking and exploring music and concerts.
